Amber and Richard, 4th September 2015

Wedding flowers

Amber and Richard got married on a beautifully sunny day in September last year. Their ceremony was held at St Cuthberts Church in Darlington, while their wedding breakfast was at Blackwell Grange Hotel. Amber’s colour scheme was duck egg blue, with sweet pastel tones bought in with her choice of flowers.

Amber’s bouquet was a shower style. It was neat and compact and had a very classic, timeless feel to it, timeless being a theme that resonates throughout these pictures. Her photographers were Stan and Jane from Stan Seaton Photography, and as I think you’ll agree, the results are absolutely stunning.

Her bridesmaids carried handtied posies created using Sweet Avalanche roses, white veronica, ivory spray roses, white astillbe, a few Memory Lane roses with lots of thlaspi and baby blue eucalyptus, finished with ivory satin ribbon on the stems. They complimented her shower perfectly, which was a mix of the same flowers.

Richard and his groom’s men wore a cluster of small and dainty ivory spray roses, pink astrantia, white veronica, white astillbe and baby blue eucalyptus, while the martini vase center-pieces were created in a full and flowing style.

Congratulations Amber and Richard!
