We hand deliver all items to ensure quality & freshness. Flowers By Nattrass will deliver all flowers to addresses within our local area i.e. Darlington, Newton Aycliffe & Teesside whenever possible. Goods for other areas of the UK and Worldwide are handled by our relay service. Please note that it is not always possible to deliver "add on" gifts outside our local area and when it is they may differ from our illustrations.

Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm. In the event of us not being able to deliver the goods because the recipient is not at home the goods will be either left with a neighbour or returned to the shop. A card will be left informing the recipient of where the flowers are and with contact details so that the recipient can arrange to either collect the goods or arrange a mutually agreeable time for us to redeliver.

We cannot guarantee timed deliveries except for funeral tributes and wedding flower orders. Funeral & wedding orders will be delivered at least 1 hour before the time of the event.

No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays, except for wedding flower orders.

Same day deliveries must be placed before 12noon. Orders placed after 12noon for same day delivery with be delivered the next working day.

Please note: VALENTINES DAY AND MOTHERS DAY ORDERS. LAST GUARANTEED ORDER DATE FOR VALENTINES DAY DELIVERIES IS 5PM WEDNESDAY 13TH FEBRUARY AND FOR MOTHERS DAY 5PM FRIDAY 29TH FEBRUARY. LOCAL DELIVERIES CAN SOMETIMES BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS TIME AND DATE, PLEASE PHONE 01325 720432 FOR DETAILS AND TO PLACE THE ORDER. Please note that late orders are more likely to be subject to substitution of flower type or colour.
