On the 24th July last year, Natalie and Graham’s wedding took place on a beautifully sunny day at Wynyard Hall Hotel. Here’s to hoping we get some of that weather again soon. This gorgeous wedding is featured in this months Wedding Ideas Magazine!
Their Scottish theme ran throughout the wedding, with every aspect of the flowers having Scottish hints. The tall table arrangements had a wild and unstructured look to them, and we used blue hydrangea, white avalanche roses, blue thistle, white lisianthus, gypsophilia, and tonnes of greenery to match in with the tartan quilt that Graham wore.
Natalie’s bouquets were created using white avalanche roses, blue thistle, green kermit, white lisianthus, ivory freesia, gypsophilia and eucalyptus, with the handles bound and finished in an ivory satin ribbon. The bouquets went perfectly with the dresses – I love Natalie’s choice of a knee-length 1950’s A-line style with lace and polka-dot detailing!
