Tasting Notes: 

M de Minuty is located near St. Tropez on the Cote d`Azur and is a classic provence rose with its pale pink colour and aromas of red berries and a touch of stone fruit. The palate is laced with strawberry and raspberry and balanced by fresh, crisp acidity with a long, mineral-driven finish.

Charming nose of summer berries with added white stone fruits. Bright and attractive on the palate with a creamy, rounded texture and vibrant acidity giving poise and direction. Great minerality and drive to the finish.

Food Pairing:

Minuty M Rosé can be enjoyed with any type of appetizer and savory snack: olives, tapas, taramasalata, crackers, wasabi peas, and vegetable chips. It also pairs perfectly with summer salads like the classic tomato mozzarella or Niçoise salad. When it comes to seafood, Minuty M Rosé enhances seafood: small crustaceans, prawns, and shellfish.
